A virtual assistant free trial lets you test a real task before you commit. At MyRemoteVA the free trial gives you 3 hours of work over 2 days. This guide shows what to test, how to judge the result, and what happens when the trial ends.

How the virtual assistant free trial works

  1. Register on the client portal with the free trial link.
  2. Choose the plan you would continue with. It starts after the trial.
  3. Send your first task by portal or email.
  4. A team lead reviews the work before it reaches you.
  5. Decide what to do when the 2 days end.

The trial is 3 hours of work and it runs for 2 days. Your new account may show as pending while we set it up, and we get in touch to start your first task.

What to test in your free trial hours

Choose one repeat task. Do not test ten things at once.

Test taskWhat to check
Inbox sortingDid the rules work and was anything missed?
Calendar bookingRight times, right time zone
Data entryAccuracy and speed on a small batch
Invoice remindersTone and timing
Research listIs the answer clear and sourced?

How to judge your first task

  • Did the result match your five steps?
  • Was it on time?
  • Was it easy to give feedback?
  • Would you hand off a second task?

Use the task brief guide to write clear steps. Clear steps give a fair test.

What happens after the virtual assistant free trial

When the 2 days end, the plan you chose starts. Prices are in US dollars. Pay as you go is $12 an hour and hours never expire. Part-time is 80 hours for $500. Full-time is 160 hours for $899, about $5.62 an hour. You can also start with the $1 monthly plan, which adds one hour each month for new registrations.

Payments are final and not refundable, so choose a plan size you are comfortable with. Unused hours roll over while your account is active.

How to sign up for the trial

You can sign up in about a minute. Open the free trial link, fill in the short form and choose the paid plan you would continue with. The trial hours come first. The paid plan only starts when the 2 days end.

Mistakes to avoid in a free trial

  • Testing a task you cannot describe. Write five steps first.
  • Using all 3 hours on many small tests. Use one clear task.
  • Waiting too long to reply. The 2 days run quickly, so answer questions the same day.
  • Judging only speed. Check accuracy and tone as well.
  • Choosing a plan that is too big. Start with pay as you go or a small block.

A good trial leaves you with one finished task and a clear answer: yes, add more, or no, this is not a fit. Both answers are useful. If you say yes, you can sign up for more hours at any time. If the first task shows that the steps need work, fix them and run the next task.
