What we collect on this website

When you send an enquiry we collect the name, email address, optional phone number and message you type into the form, plus the page you sent it from. We do not ask for payment details on this website.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on it. We do not sell your information.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are emailed to our team and kept in a private log on our hosting account, which is not publicly accessible. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Subscriptions and the client portal

Subscriptions are paid through PayPal, and client accounts are handled in our client portal, which has its own terms and conditions. Payment details are handled by PayPal and are not stored on this website.

Analytics

When you send a form, we also save the website you came from and the first page you visited, so we know which pages bring enquiries. This is kept in your browser and sent only with the form. It contains no personal details.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It uses cookies and collects anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. We do not use it to identify you. You can block it with a browser setting or extension, or opt out with Google's browser add-on.

Third-party services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when a page loads. Our contact and review links take you to third-party sites with their own policies.
